Just Advocacy - Notice of Closure
Sadly, continuing pressure on public expenditure has led to us being unable to retain certain key local contracts. We are a small charity and it has become clear to us that we can no longer function effectively. The trustees have looked at all of the options for the future and, after much consideration, have reluctantly decided that an orderly closure of our charity is the only viable option and is preferable to us struggling to continue and failing.
Our intention is that the charity will cease to operate from the end of September. We are now managing an orderly closure, striving to do the best by our staff and those who rely on our services. Although we are going to close, we are proud of what our staff have achieved. We have succeeded in enhancing the lives of many people. We thank you for your support.
Working towards a world where each person is at the heart of the decisions affecting them.
Just Advocacy is a charity providing independent advocacy and person-centred planning for people living in the South East of England.

How your donations help:
Like most charities we rely heavily on donations from the public and corporate sponsors. We are always striving to maximise the amount of money spent on front line services and as such all of our office staff are volunteers.
Donating is not the only way you can help us, we are also in need of volunteers.
What are people saying about us?
“We appreciated the way our advocate helped us to solve a long standing problem with harassment from our neighbours.
Her help in coming with us to appointments with the police and to see our local MP along with the support she offered was invaluable.
We would both like to thank Just Advocacy for the help they have provided for us.”
